Ingredients

  • 1 pound small carrots, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In baking dish, combine carrots, butter, rosemary and garlic salt; stir to mix.
  2. Roast 45 minutes. Drizzle carrots with honey; toss to coat. Roast 10 minutes or until carrots are tender and glazed.
