pound JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Sausage
cups cubed brioche bread
cups shredded Swiss cheese
cup shredded Parmesan cheese
green onions, sliced
cups half-and-half cream
large eggs, lightly beaten or 10-ounces egg substitute
teaspoon kosher salt
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place 1/2 inch thick patties in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Layer bread in lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with sausage, cheeses and green onions.
Whisk together cream, eggs and salt in a mixing bowl.
Pour egg mixture over bread mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or as long as overnight.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Let casserole stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
Bake for 55 minutes or until eggs are set.
