-ounces JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Sausage
cup refrigerated pesto
mini naan bread pieces
cups shredded mozzarella cheese
cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
medium red onion, thinly sliced
cup baby arugula
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Place 1/2 inch thick patties in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Spread pesto evenly over naan bread. Layer with sausage, cheese, tomatoes and onions.
Place on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with arugula.
