cup orange juice
green onions, chopped
tablespoons orange marmalade
cloves garlic, minced
teaspoons Cajun seasoning
(24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Savory Roast Turkey Breast Tenderloin, cut into 6 pieces
Bibb lettuce leaves
orange wedges, if desired
In small bowl, combine orange juice, onion, marmalade, garlic and seasoning.
Pour ½ cup marinade into resealable food storage bag; add tenderloins. Seal bag and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
In saucepan, bring reserved marinade to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened; keep warm.
Remove turkey; discard any marinade. Preheat grill over medium heat, place tenderloins directly on grate. Grill, turning occasionally, until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat reaches 165°F., approximately 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Brush turkey with sauce.
Place on lettuce. Serve with orange wedges, if desired.
