In small bowl, add garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce and barbeque sauce. Mix well; refrigerate.
In medium bowl, combine cabbage, mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, kimchi, red pepper, carrot and green onion. Refrigerate.
Preheat grill on medium heat. Place frozen burgers 4 inches from heat source for 7-9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.
Spread barbeque sauce on bottom bun. Add turkey burger and kimchi slaw. Add bun top.
