Great for an easy breakfast or brunch, this Quick Breakfast Turkey Burritos recipe features scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and colby cheese in a warm flour tortilla for a filling breakfast that’s great at any time of day! Under 300 calories per serving!
(12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
cups egg substitute or 6 eggs
cup shredded Colby cheese
(8-inch) flour tortillas
salsa and sour cream, if desired
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.
Crumble bacon and set aside. In large skillet, melt butter. Add eggs; cook until soft scrambled. Stir in cheese and bacon.
Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to package . Spoon egg mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; roll up.
Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
