slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
(6-ounce) package baby spinach
small red onion, cut into thin rings
cup olive oil
cup balsamic vinegar
tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.
Drain on paper towels and crumble when cool. In large salad bowl, combine strawberries, spinach, bacon and onion.
In small bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, balsamic vinegar, sesame seeds, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over spinach mixture. Toss to coat.
