cup fat-free sour cream or Greek yogurt
cup LA VICTORIA® SUPREMA® Salsa
tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
tablespoons lime juice
(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
to 12 romaine lettuce leaves
cup crumbled LA VICTORIA® tortilla chips
green onions, chopped
To make the salsa dipper, in small bowl combine sour cream, salsa, cilantro, lime juice and honey; set aside in refrigerator.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Cool slightly.
To serve, spoon turkey into each lettuce leaf. Top with salsa dipper, crumbled tortilla chips and green onions.
Serve with extra dipping sauce.
