slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
tablespoons sour cream
teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
large flour tortillas
pound JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, thinly sliced, from the service deli
cup chopped fresh spinach leaves
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. Chop and set aside.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, seasoning mix and bacon until smooth.
Spread mixture evenly over one side of each flour tortilla, leaving a ½–inch border. Layer with spinach leaves and deli turkey. Roll tortilla gently and wrap with plastic wrap to secure tightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Cut ends and slice into pinwheels.
