medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped
(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
tablespoon lime juice
small jalapeño pepper, chopped
cup chopped chives
egg whites, lightly beaten
cup white vinegar
tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
teaspoon sesame oil
teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Combine shrimp, turkey, lime juice, jalapeño pepper, chives, flour and egg whites in bowl.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of turkey mixture per cake to hot pan.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden and thoroughly cooked. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
To make dipping sauce, combine vinegar, sugar and water in saucepan. Stir over medium-high heat. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Stir in cilantro, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serve with cakes.
