tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
teaspoons Dijon mustard
(8-inch) flour tortilla
cup shredded lettuce
ounce JENNIE-O® Original Reduced Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, from the service deli
cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.).
Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.
In a small dish, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
Place tortilla on flat surface; spread mayonnaise mixture over tortilla.
Sprinkle lettuce over mixture; add tomato slices.
Top with turkey breast, bacon, avocado and cheese.
Roll up tortilla to enclose filling.
