  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.
  3. Spray skillet, with non-stick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. In bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add eggs to skillet. Cook scrambled eggs to soft stage. Stir in sausage crumbles and 3 ounces cheese.
  4. Spoon egg mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tortilla and place in 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Add salsa verde to each tortilla. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
