  1. In skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  2. Cook turkey patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.
  3. Place 1 cheese slice over each slice of bread. Add patties and top with onions. Close sandwiches with remaining bread, cheese side down. In skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Cook sandwiches 3 minutes per side or until browned and cheese is melted.
