slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
(20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
slices low-fat pepper Jack cheese
tablespoons WHOLLY® guacamole classic or spicy dip
whole wheat burger buns or focaccia bread, sliced
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. Set aside.
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Place burger patties in hot skillet. Cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes turning occasionally (2-3 times). Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Top each burger with cheese, turkey bacon and guacamole. Serve on burger buns or focaccia bread.
