This is a turkey salad sandwich with a kick. Rye bread spread with spicy guacamole tops turkey mixed with Dijon mustard, crunchy celery and almonds. This deli classic is under 300 calories per serving!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1½ cups diced JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 1 (6-ounce) package WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® spicy dip
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, almonds and turkey.
  2. Spread guacamole on bread. Cover 4 bread slices with cucumber slices. Top cucumber slices with turkey mixture. Cover with remaining bread slices.
