ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey, from the service deli
reduced-calorie whole wheat hamburger buns
teaspoons dried cranberries
slices pepper jack cheese
large tomato, cut into 8 slices
tablespoons fat-free ranch dressing
freshly ground pepper, if desired
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.
On baking sheet, layer turkey on bun bottom. Top with bacon, dried cranberries and cheese.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
Top each sandwich with 2 tomato slices, ranch dressing and bun top.
