Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey Roll
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ cup sweet & spicy pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 12 butter lettuce leaves
  • garnish with carrots strips and sliced green onions, if desired

Directions

  1. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté 3 minutes or until beginning to brown. Mix in turkey, sweet and spicy pepper sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and cucumber; heat through.
  3. To make wraps, spoon turkey mixture onto lettuce leaves and wrap leaves around filling. Garnish with carrot strips and sliced green onions, if desired.
