Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
  • 4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cook and chopped
  • ⅔ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup thinly chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns, split

Directions

  1. Grill turkey patties and turkey bacon as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.
  2. In bowl combine, cheese, mushrooms, bacon, onion and mayonnaise; mix.
  3. Place lettuce on bun bottoms. Add burger and top with cheese mixture. Place the top of bun on cheese mixture.
