Ingredients

  • ½ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® BANGKOK PADANG™ peanut sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cups coleslaw salad mix
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 small red chilies, sliced
  • 2 cups cubed cooked JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Turkey
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • ½ cup crispy noodles
  • lime wedges, if desired

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine peanut sauce and lime juice.
  2. Add coleslaw mix, green onions, chilies and turkey; toss to combine. Sprinkle with peanuts and noodles. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
