(19.5-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
(24-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
(24-ounce) tub HORMEL® garlic mashed potatoes, heated according to package directions
cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
oregano leaves, if desired
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mist baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside. In medium bowl, squeeze sausage out of casing. Measure 1 tablespoon of sausage for each meatball, 15 meatballs total. Discard casings. Roll into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs is 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Always cook to well-done. Remove from oven.
In large skillet, heat spaghetti sauce over medium heat.
Add meatballs; toss to coat. Serve meatballs and sauce on mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano leaves, if desired.
