teaspoon olive oil
cup diced onion
cloves garlic, minced
JENNIE-O® Lean Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, chopped
medium potatoes, diced
cups chicken stock
cup heavy cream
cups baby spinach leaves
salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired
In large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is softened.
Dividing each turkey link into 6 portions, pinch sausage from casing into the same pan. Discard casings. Add bacon pieces.
Continue to cook on medium-high heat 10 minutes, turning often and until center of sausage pieces measure 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Always cook to well-done.
Add potatoes and stock. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cream, spinach leaves and salt and ground pepper, if desired.
