slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, diced
cup diced red onion
garlic cloves, minced
pound green beans, trimmed
tablespoon lemon juice
In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bacon, onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and onion is softened, stirring occasionally.
Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Steam green beans until tender-crisp.
Add to bacon mixture. Add lemon juice; toss to combine.
